We enjoyed very pricey Kir Royale cocktails ($26 each) at this bar before dinner on a Wednesday after work. Very upscale and older crowd in attendance. Beautiful fancy hotel in NYC! Marble bathroom, our room was large with two queen beds. View was good of trump tower. We were on the 12th floor. Walking distance to bergdorfs, fao Schwartz, the plaza hotel and many beautiful stores, not to mention Central Park.

We had spa package in the hotel after reading that this is no. 1 place. The spa is clean and plush. Massage is well done and with a flair of Chinese and Tai influence. Stayed there for 5 nights, 1000 usd per night, small room with almost no daylight. Two out of three restaurants were closed for renovation, although hotel website mentioned that only one restaurant was being renovated. Personnel quite friendly, but reception desk not very professional. Gotham Lounge staff snobby. Location beats all negative points.
