I have been there several times driving through NM to TX. Clerks were nice, late night check in was great and the service was great. Close to the Carlsbad Caverns and a quiet area in the town. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a great deal on a nice room in Carlsbad.

Stayed here one nite during Memorial Day weekend. Other places we tried were full. Seems to have gone downhill, as AAA no longer recommends it.
