We chose this property for the location which is between two T stops. Couldn't be more convenient! It is also within walking distance of most tourist attractions. We booked 11 months in advance so we got a fantastic price for our room during one of the busiest (and most expensive) times of the year. The room size was adequate, especially... More

Loved the location and price was good for area but the guest room stocking closet was always empty and wash clothes and regular coffee was almost always asked for as we either didn't get them or shorted. Staff needs to know just a little bit more of what restaurants around just then the attached Elephant & Castle. Very spartan, no... More

As in previous reviews, this hotel is perfect if you are visiting Boston and need to do all the tourist attractions. The Commons, Freedom Trail, "T", etc, is within blocks of the hotel. The staff were all very friendly and willing to answer any questions you had. There were three of us and the room was okay in size except for... More

This hotel is a great location for Boston, walking distance from the historic area of Boston and right by the subway station. However, the hotel rooms are very tiny and the service was lacking--the first night our TV didn't work at all; they fixed it the second night but the reception was terrible on the TV--barely watchable. The strangest thing... More

Room: good size (plenty of floor space), good closet (real hangers) nice desk setup, mini-fridge, microwave, really comfortable bed (pillows were great), upholstered club chair Bathroom: good size, step in shower (no awful, slippery tub), great water pressure, good lighting, hairdryer Service: staff was friendly, self service kiosk at checkin and checkout was very convenient - I checked out and... Stayed two nights, a Thursday and Friday. A second floor room on a weekday isn't recommended. Wasn't that bad Saturday morning. Stay on higher floors but in general the walls are thin. The hotel itself is updated and provides good service. If you've never stayed in a QC, a dorm room puts their room sizes to shame, but the bed... More

We stayed here for 4 nights in May 2012, having stayed at this Club Quarters a few years ago. The hotel is in a great location, with transport links very nearby, just two blocks from State T station. The hotel is central to several local attractions, including Quincy Market, Boylston shopping area and Boston Common. The hotel itself has a... More

My 5 day stay at Club Quarters Boston was amazing. The location is perfect; very central and also near several public transport links. The room was basic, but comfortable and well laid out. The highlight for me was the staff: every need (a painless check-in, new room keys, taxis, walking directions, restaurant recommendations...) was promptly and cheerfully responded to. If... More

I needed a room for a last minute trip and remembered enjoying a Club Quarters stay in Washington so I thought I'd give the Boston branch a try. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The location was fantastic for my South Boston meetings---away from the convention hub bub but within walking distance. The amazing part was check-in. The young... More

There was nothing special about this hotel, but it's a perfectly good place. After staying at a very nice hotel in Providence just the day before, I was disappointed with the Club Quarters. The room was decently sized, but outdated. The bathroom was sparse with an industrial toilet and a shower stall without tub. That being said, the staff was... More
