This is a great hotel, friendly staff, great location. I was in town for a business meeting. They were very accomodating and made a great clam chowder for lunch.

I spent 5 days here for the Lean Systems and Software Conference in May of 2012 (LSSC12). The rooms are quite nice, the staff could not be more accomodating, and you can walk to dozens of great seafood restaurants - this place is a gem.
