I don't understand the negative reviews. Yes it is an old hotel, and yes it is currently being renovated. But it was pretty decent as it is, other than some stains here and there. Rooms are small but hey rooms in big city hotels are always small. Staff is very friendly and makes up for any shortcomings of the property.

Great location. Exactly what you'd expect from a very old historic building. Small rooms, even smaller bathroom. Room temperature is not really under your control (hot in the late afternoon but survivable by bedtime). Only one computer in the "business center".
