I had a great time at this hostel. The staff are great, and it is clean and tidy. The beds and especially pillows are really comfortable. Its a great location with Fenway Park and a student area both on the doorstep. Only had one cold shower while I was there for 4 days which was quite good compared to other... More

I've been traveling around Europe and the US, and this is absolutely the worst hostel I've ever stayed. Boston is a great city, but this hostel is a shame. It's Feburary and it's 32 degrees out there, but there's NO heating in your room! What makes it even worse is that there's NO hot water in shower! I went to... More

Just stayed three nights at this hostel and was pleased with it overall. Rooms, bathrooms and main rooms were clean, staff were super friendly and helpful, wifi on the first floor was great, handy location with public transport close by and walking distance (if you're in the mood for a stroll) to the main part of Boston and over the... Very pleasant and helpful front desk staff. I requested a lower bunk when reserving online (I'm 54 and have some knee issues) and called in advance to assure they'd gotten the message. I had a very snug first floor room with a sink and 4 roommates. I was happy to have brought earplugs so they didn't disturb me coming and... More

I stayed in a 6 bed dorm and the room was very small. No place to place your luggage. There is also no shelve near the bed to place your keys/glasses/alarm on. The first night the room was so hot it was impossible to sleep. The air-conditioning unit is directly over 1 of the beds and the girl in that... More

I stay at the hostel for two nights, solo, love the breakfast there, with apple and banana everyday(I'm a fruit lover), and friendly staff answering my questions. Also the location is close to the Prudential center and Nubery st, all very good for shopping and sightseeing. The down side is there's no elevators and I live on the fourth floor,... More

This hostel had a lot of good points, but overall at the price it charged for the private rooms ($100+) it was simply not worth it. The location of this hostel was good and the staff were very friendly. The private room was relatively large, but the bed was truly terrible and the room stank. The room had its own... More

Good location, 5 mins away from Subway station. Large kitchen area with good facilities. I stayed in a 4 bed dorm, it was clean and secure. Hostel offers excursions each day at good rates. Nice people here as well, staff were excellent. Free breakfast also!

I'd been in this hostel a week and everything was great. Friendly staff, its clean, good breakfast... great! Unfortunately an incident occurred which reveals a completely different side to the hostel and I hope it never happens to anyone else. After one week, the hostel decided that I had to move rooms. The catch is, they failed to tell me.... More

A decent hostel in a good location of Boston. Accommodation in Boston all seemed very overpriced for Western Europe prices ($300+), but it was the Marathon and Patriots day (which is rather humorous if you're British), paying around $40/night. Boston is fantastic city, only second to Chicago for a small and yet friendly place to be. The location of the... More
