Everybody was very nice and helpful. Room was great, service even better. From the doorman to the maids, everybody made sure that I had a great time in Boston. First class for a hotel anywhere in the world. Plan to return.

They offered a free room upgrade that was massive. The hotel is beautiful in a great location. The only downside is the priciness of food on the hotel, especially breakfast. I would definetely go back again.
