A must stay here property. It has everything! A little mix of the Napa Valley/Vail Colorado feel! You wont be disappointed.

Grove Park Inn is a destination and an experience that is nothing less than... Superb. The experience begins when your driving through the Grove Park neighborhood to the Inn. Beautiful homes with landscapes that say... park! Then you arrive at the Inn and you are immediately struck by the architecture that says... this is something special. When you walk into... More

We stayed at the Grove Park for three days over the Memorial Weekend for a family wedding in Asheville. the buildings and grounds are beautiful and the worn look in the rooms can be overlooked due to the age - but the service offered is barely 4 star and far behind many other resorts. We have stayed at the Greenbriar,... More

I don't even know where to begin. Everything about this property is top notch, A #1! The structure itself, nestled in the rolling hills of the Blue Ridge and Great Smoky Mountains is beautiful, rustic and quite simply grand. We stayed on the Club floor which was a real treat. I would recommend spending the extra money for this option...especially... More

On a girls' weekend, two of us in our early 60s visited The Grove Park Inn in mid-May. This property has a great history and fabulous setting. We felt privileged to be there even if our room, with 2 doubles, was a little cramped and the bathroom not really luxe. The upcoming renovations undoubtedly will fix this. The grounds are... More

They say the Devil is in the Details. Well, there is no Devil at this grand hotel and spa! This place is perfect down to the last detail. Entry, Room, Dining is all top notch. A bit pricey but worth every cent. This is the place to stay for a special treat---and you deserve it.

Overall a nice experience. Helpful and professional staff. Variety within the hotel (music, restaurants, comedy club) but a bit pricey and not a lot of space to walk around leisurely on the grounds. Very scenic setting though. Staff was friendly throughout.

The Grove Park Inn is certainly unique. I had heard about it as a temple to the Arts & Crafts style long before we decided to stay there. At first sight, the building itself is unforgettable: Alice's White Rabbit meets the Old Faithful Lodge. The grounds are truly lovely as well with stairways wending their way through the foliage on... More

We agree with you on all points taken. So I believe you will be happy to hear our news. On May 1, 2012, The Grove Park Inn became a KSL Resort. KSL is investing $30 million dollars in renovation, the Vanderbilt guest rooms will be one of the first areas to be renovated. The Great Hall will transformed into a... More

My husband and I visit every year in November because he attends a conference at the resort. I look forward to every single year. The "newer" rooms, to me, seem like the ones you find in any hotel you stay at- nothing fancy, nothing out of the ordinary, just a normal room. I like to stay in the "old" part... More
