We made a quick trip to Asheville to try out a new restaurant. The location of Bridle Path Inn was very good for us. We needed a nice relaxing place to get away from gardening tasks. We really enjoyed sitting on the big porch and chatting with our host, Fred. A few hummingbirds made their quick visits to the porch... More

There are many wonderful B&B's in Ashevlle. NOT THIS ONE!!! This dirty old house has uncomfortable squeaky beds, a half hour wait for hot water that trickles from a moldy shower, and an unpersonable host that is indifferent to his guests !!!

This B&B was not a good experience. (I forgot to read TripAdvisor) We stayed 2 nights. The Inn was very hard to find and was not in the best neighborhood. The owners met us outside and helped us with our bags - good. They poured wine, stoked the fire and served a good breakfast. HOWEVER: the house itself was over... More

What a lovely, rustic Inn. The view from the veranda is beautiful. The rooms are comfy and all have their own bathrooms. The huge fireplace in the main lobby is calling us back in the colder time of the year. The breakfast was very good and the host and hostess were friendly and full of information to help our visit... This place looks absolutely nothing like the pictures!! Our bed was horribly sqeaky, and we noticed it within the first 10 minutes of arrival. When we told our host he said politely but in these exact words "well you'll just have to deal with it." We tried to sleep for 2 nights until I woke up and booked us at... More

I had a great visit here. Booked it at the last minute but was pleasantly surprised by what I found. The first night we stayed in their smallest room, which was very cute (not the most modern stuff, but perfectly suitable and some would say beautiful) and the 2nd night, they moved us into a bigger room but kept us... Bridle Path Inn was dirty. We could see that at one point it probably was a lovely house, but it's definitely gotten away from the two people who run it. Breakfast was really good, and that's about the only good thing I can say. Breakfast is served at "8:30 sharp" and if you stay past 10:30 am, you get charged... More

Nasty, rotten, nasty...this about sums this one up. The owner greeted my husband and me with NASTY fingers...He told us that he was the cook...no thank you! We did not even make it to the sleeping area, due to the fact that the "parlor" was nasty, and the furniture was rotten! The pictures on the web site ARE DECEIVING! We... More
