In reference to an earlier post, just be glad all they took was your daughter's pizza. My experience was worse and management and corporate has had a chance to rectify. However, since they are not responsible for anything I leave in my room, I am out $100 brand new paid of hiking boots purchased especially for my long-awaiting trip to... More

Clean and adequate plus a convenient location for the business traveler. Friendly staff and a better than average buffet breakfast.

room was clean and recently replaced carpet and tub surround. Fridge didn't work but was replaced promplty. Great service and nice breakfast including fresh pastries, waffle irons for fresh waffles, several sources of protein including sausage, yogurt, eggs, sausage gravy, and cheeses. Very conveinent location and was very quiet. Comfortable bed and minutes from Biltmore Estate. Was much nicer than... More

Clean hotel, smelled great inside the rooms. Bed slept well. We had the handicap room which gave us great space in the bathroom. Check in was quick, efficient. Breakfast in am was adequate. The older lady who attended the breakfast area did an awesome job! she worked hard at keeping the area well stocked and clean for as many people... More

Amy is the best! I was very impressed by her composure and poise under pressure. She provides excellent customer service and makes a great first impression at the front desk. On the other hand the housekeeping staff has lots to learn. Staff taking food from the breakfast area during breakfast hours and eatting it in public areas? Really, don't you... More

I've spent the last few years going to Asheville for business. This hotel is conveniently located away from the heavier tourist areas but only a short drive to the Biltmore and downtown. Nice Continental breakfast, internet access, spa/pool area. Across the street from a mall and several nice restaurants with in a mile...A very clean and friendly atmosphere. I will... More

A typical Fairfield - indoor pool, free internet, free breakfast. This one had huge rooms with a couch, so it would be great for a family. Fairfields always do things right.

We spent a night here before going to the Biltmore House. The hotel was nice and clean, and look modern on the inside. It was right off the highway back behind another few hotels in front of it. The room was comfortable and clean, and had a nice flat screen TV. The pool/hot tub area was nice and clean as... More

Carpet was stained, dirty, and poorly swepped. Older motel in need of updating and remodeling. Beds not comfortable. Poor tv reception. Towels worn. It's time for it to be brought into the 21st century.

My sister and brother-in-law and I made separate reservations to stay here after touring Biltmore Estate. We were not expecting to stay in adjoining rooms since our reservations were separate. I checked in first and waited for the others. The front desk clerk saw my sister and I talking while my brother-in-law checked in and offered to change their room... More
