I reserved this hotel when I came up for s ski trip to near Crested Butte.I chose Gunnison because it was near CB without the outrageous prices.The people were very friendly and the breakfast was great - a very good variety of items /cereal,eggs,sausage,pastries,waffles,fruit,yogurt,juice /. The Hotel was warm, even so it was cold outside.

Owners & employees were very accommodating. Great breakfast. I'd definitely stay here again.

Within a minute of checking into our room, the headboard fell out of the wall. Then I noticed the other headboard was falling out as well. Yikes! The bathroom was very dirty. The bed was comfy. I wouldn't recommend the place based on my first impressions.

We had a very good night here. The room was a good size with wardrobe, ironing board and iron (I never use these when travelling but others might), fridge and microwave. The beds were very comfortable and clean. There is a hot tub but we didn't use it.
