There are picnic tables, fire rings but no grills so be prepare to take your own. Bath house has hot water which is very convenient. Quick access to the beach from every loop.... The beach is clean.

Not sure why folks camp over at the National park with cold showers and outhouses when the State Park is right next door and has all the wonderful amenities. Assateague is a great place to camp for something just a little differnt from the normal, in the woods, campground experience. The beaches are very clean and the atmosphere is refreshing in that it differs from the hub bub of the board walk.
