While visiting Moab, UT we stayed at Moab Valley RV Park. Park was clean, and staff was friendly and helpful. We usually don't use the restrooms, but when we hooked our trailer up we found out we had a leak in the bathroom pipe so this time we used the restrooms. They were very clean. The staff gave us a... I'm glad that you came to our park and I feel terrible you had such a difficult time getting into your site. Trying to align the right size rig with the proper site gets difficult when availability isn't great. We're also faced with rigs continually getting larger and our sites not growing despite giving them plenty of fruits, vegetables and... More

We arrived Saturday night on a very very busy weekend without reservations. We had booked a site at the Arches park but they didn't have our reservations.. We had been saving for 2 years to take this trip and 2 nights at a hotel were not in our budget & our kids were SO excited to camp for the first... More

I'm so glad things worked out! Sometimes things happen that we don't expect or would ever want to have happen, but somehow these issues are always resolved. We're especially pleased that we were able to help you through and that the kids enjoyed themselves camping. We'd sure love to have you back for another game of chess or checkers! Tex... More

Stay here; and you will be pleased. They have very good facilities including a pool and hot tub, large clean bathrooms, and an office that is well-stocked with supplies & ice. We tent camped in the "Covered sites area" and were very happy with the adequate shading and the 2 picnic tables provided with 2 charcoal grills. They clean the... More

I've come to expect very little from an RV park, but this place was a refreshing change. They have very good facilities including a pool and hot tub, large, clean bathrooms and an office that is well-stocked and manned by staff that always seemed to be smiling. In particular, our group of 6 were constantly moving between tents and cabins... More

Chuck - We hope we've raised the bar a bit on what you can expect from an RV park. Everyone here works diligently to provide the best service with great facilities. It's a constant effort and we are glad you noticed. Using ear plugs is a great idea for anyone not staying in their normal environment. My wife takes them... More

What makes me give an average only rating to this RV park is it's close proximity to the U.S. Highway 191..Traffic zooms by all night, even big semi-trucks....And it is very noisy...I felt sorry for the tenter's, as they have no privacy and are stacked on top of one another....We were lucky to get a Friday night RV cancellation (site... Moab is a busy town - it's a destination location for everyone, whether from California or Holland, not just a pass-thru spot. Everyone in Moab shares the same fate: we are all along the highway. It's the main vein through town and there's no way around it. We have done the best we can in giving people the very best... More

I stayed at the Moab Valley RV Resort this past weekend while running the Red Rock Relay. This place was perfect for our needs. Stephanie and Nissa were SUPER helpful in accommodating our group of 6 people with both a trailer spot and some camping spots. I was very impressed with their high level of customer service. We had a reservation at the Moab Valley RV for 2 nights. As we were traveling there, we broke down in Provo, UT. We called ahead and told them not to give away the 2nd night as we hoped to be there. We finally arrived on night #2 at 10pm. They had everything ready for us at the gate for... More

Life is full of twists and turns (and breakdowns!), but it's all about attitude. We have learned that lesson in life and in business. It's fantastic that we were able to provide you with what you needed after a stressful trip to see the "red rocks". We invite you back since we believe that 2 nights in Moab doesn't provide... More

Having folks say what they don't like about our park is never easy, but it gives us the information we need to make our facilities better. Now that we know the lights irritate people we can find a solution that provides light for latecomers (and to avoid accidentally tripping on something) while not being disruptive to a good night sleep.... Sarah was quite flattered that you remembered her efforts to help. She is very conscientious and takes pride in helping in whatever way she can. She represents so much of what is good about guest services and customer service. We look forward to another visit and are very thankful you'll consider us again in the fall. Tex Moab Valley RV More

(This review pertains mainly to the cabins at the the facility.) I've been visiting Moab "since before it was cool." Well over 35 years. I've stayed at a lot of different lodging and resort facilities in that time. Over the past decade I've stayed exclusively at the Moab Valley RV Resort. It has never disappointed. The grounds are always well-kept,... More
