“Great Personal Service”

I found Tom, the manager, to be most attentive and accommodating. We even got an upgrade to a suite with a better view of the mesa (if you want to know - book the River View Family Suite instead of the Mountain View Suite for the better view.) Wonderful hospitality!

“Stay away”

This is the worst hotel experience ever. The customer service is non existing and they are not even answering e-mails. Now they have been kicked out as a member of SLH and the place is in free fall. Just stay away.
