The property, staff, room and dining were perfection. The property is located in the heart of San Francisco with easy access to all transportation. It has a wonderful spa and I was lucky enough to get a free massage. Looking forward to staying at the Chicago property.

The decor and layout are different that most hotels. Comfortable and convenient when is SF, but decor is definitely modern, but tasteful. Good work out facility, but is could be a little larger. Nice bar downstairs. I did not get to eat in the restaurant, but it is SF so there are many good restaurants close by.
