The hotel is comfortable, even though the room is not big! The location is the best in SF, it was very easy for me to get around using the cable cart , BART, and F train. Get shopping district! Excellent location - near shops and all transport links (BART, F train and cable cars) 2 minutes walk. Room was large and had good facilities - even free coffee! No view at the back but very quiet so got a good sleep. Staff were excellent - really friendly and helpful Would definitely recommend this hotel.
