We came to SF for a doctor's appt at UCSF and on the map it looked like this hotel was fairly close, which it wasn't. My title pretty much explains it all. The rooms looked old, smelled moldy & were tiny. No fridge which I feel most places have. Very uncomfortable bed (but we were so sore and tired by the end of the day we barely noticed it), but comfortable pillows. Also, we were woken up by the paper thin walls several times both... More

Just left san Francisco, great city and this hotel was a fantastic base to explore it from. Bus links are great in the city and you can get anywhere from bustop around the corner. Staff very friendly from the very beginning and made sure that we knew how to get where we were going, provided maps and information. Parking off... More

In room coffee wonderful. Beds were great, wanted to buy pillows. Even complimentary breakfast was better then others. All staff were really nice, knowledgable, and helpful. It is a hidden treasure for the stressed traveller. AND FREE PARKING!!!!!! Fitness in SF is unneccesary.
