Came here for a conference and stayed on the club level, which provided a complimentary breakfast, lunch, snacks, and wine each day. There is a concierge just for the club level, which was helpful in planning activities. The service and room were impeccable. The Nob Hill location is convenient to many attractions. We always stay at a Ritz Carlton if possible. This is one of the best club floors we've had the pleasure to enjoy. The location was close to Chinatown so we found a great restaurant there. It's also right on the cable car line.

The perfect hideaway in downtown San Francisco! Convenient location on Nob Hill, impeccable service, comfortable rooms. Club Level rooms offer food and drink throughout the day, dedicated concierge service and comfortable lounge space. Definitely worth the extra fee. Fitness Center is top notch.
