My husband & I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights of our honeymoon. Our room wasn't huge but it was very clean & didn't lack anything we might have needed. We slept well - we weren't overlooking the street. The hotel staff were very helpful & friendly. It's in a great location for shopping.

A very clean and stylish hotel. Rooms very well decorated, very comfy and clean beds. Bathrooms immaculate. A classy boutique style hotel in a great down town area. Staff are very professional, reception is very nice, check in seamless, Wi-fi fast and free. 10/10

This boutique hotel is centrally located with transit at the corner. The star have all been wonderful and patient. Shout out to eddy who really took care of us. The suite was reasonable a eclectic. Loved it. You cannot go wrong staying here

Positives: around the corner from the Hyde-Powell cable car turnaround, although the lines can be lone there. Great happy hour at the hotel bar, best deals on Monday and Tuesday with a terrific bar staff. Walking distance to Fisherman's Wharf and AT&T Park. Negatives: dated rooms, moldy bathroooms, limited storage, noisy on occasion, missed wake up calls, car valet delays.

There are better hotels around but they are more expensive. Downtown San Francisco is noisy at night - it is a fact of life!
