I chose this property to be away from the city center yet near enough to enjoy my purpose for this stay, participating in the Zazzle Bay to Breakers run. The location at the wharf was awesome. I enjoyed some fantastic runs along the wharf up to the Golden Gate and walked around the piers, and enjoyed the climbs up the... More

We were in San Francisco a couple of weeks ago and stayed here just overnight. The experience was fabulous! The location was great and the friendly staff was very attentive. Our parking came with the room price $259.00 and I thought it was well worth it for the convenience and valent service. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will... More

We recently stayed for 2 nights at this hotel and found it to be just what we were looking for as it is situated right in the middle of the Fisherman's Wharf area. Being a Marriott we figured it would be clean with great service and it was. As many others have already commented on the only thing I was... More

The staff of this hotel were sensational as one of our party was unwell and needed extra TLC. This included staff in the restaurant, bar area, front desk and cleaners amongst others. The hotel was very clean and the facility of washing machines and tumble dryers in the gym were great. When we had to seek medical help, the manager... More

Thank you for your exceptional review of the Marriot Fisherman’s Wharf. I was so sorry to read that you experienced getting ill while visiting San Francisco. However, I’m delighted David, who happens to be my superior, was able to coordinate a doctor’s appointment for you. David is an impressive leader, who always exhibits the qualities he expects from us (such... More

When we first arrived they charged us $ 40 to park our car. When we got to our room it looked very nice and clean, I started to inspect the room ( This a Marriott Hotel should be clean right) sorry I inspected the room because that's what I do for a living work in housekeeping for a Motel. I... More

We stayed at the hotel in an adjoining room with family. Really nice good friendly staff, but we were on the 2nd floor right across from the bus stop on a Saturday night, NOISY. Good walk to the Wharf and Pier 39 and the Sea Lions, oh and good food!

Thank you for your instructive review of the Marriott Fisherman’s Wharf. While I was delighted to read that our staff surpassed your expectations, I’m very sorry that the sounds of the SFMTA buses disturbed you. Having an SFTMTA bus stop (for multiple routes) adjacent to our property can be convenient for our guests. However, for guests who are sensitive to... More

Very nice location with courteous staff. Everything is within walking distance-great food, city tours, and more. The hotel has a small gym, clean rooms, valet parking and helpful staff that provide tips for restaurants with discounts offered.
