Recently decorated and upgraded amenities but if you're selling the mattresses and linens in the in room brochure you should make sure the bed is comfortable! Good location to north beach(aka Italian district) and fishermans wharf, restaurants, etc.

Our two-room corner suite comfortably slept 6 and it was pretty quiet. The street noise wasn't too bad, but you expect some in a big city. The in-room coffee was better than most. The lobby and concierge are both classy.

We chose this hotel because it was in the Marriott family and the location. This was perfect for using the cable cars, hop on hop off bus or public transit. There were four of us (2 eight year olds). The beds were so comfortable and room was very quiet. Would definitely recommend for families.

When we first checked in (after midnight from a late flight) - we requested a room change because it was near the bar/restaurant side and people were still partying, plus our patio door wouldn't lock properly which concerned me. We loved our hotel and staff was so friendly and accommodating. Hotel is perfect location and walking distance to everything. Room is extremely nice and clean. Location is safe and full of fun. We are Right next to pier 39

Yes, the hotel is expensive but so are all the rest in the area. We only spent 1 night so I wanted to stay close to the area. I was overall very pleased. Hotel is immaculate. It is a great location, very close to cable car and bus. Must pay for wifi which was a downer but a Walgreens and a Starbucks are right around the corner. Also just a few blocks from Fishermans Wharf and all of the restaurants. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping our rooms clean while we were out exploring the city.

Checkin was really fast, no line. Lobby/room very modern and updated. Parked in the garage just next to the hotel, $32 for a day compared to $38 plus taxes at the hotel. Walked to everything, great location. We booked here so we could enjoy Gary Danko.

100% recommend this hotel. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The location is great - we walked everywhere and a the cable car turn around is 1 block away.
