Very slow check in, medium rooms and you better be sure you understand the rates you will be charged when you check in. Convenient location but i am not sure i would stay there again.

It took me two hours of research to end up selecting this hotel for a family visit to SF and we were very happy with it. Modern rooms, great views, walk to the warf, or a few blocks to nice shops and restaurants on Union. Recommended.
