In a good location for shopping. Hotel is basic .theres a free continental breakfast ,you can make toast or bagels and there's cereal and fruit and cakes.

This is an older hotel, so if a little worn look bothers you or if you're fussy about things that don't really matter, skip it. The best thing of this hotel is location, you can walk to union square in 5mins but the room is so small and the breakfast is not good.

We stayed here so that we could join the holiday fun on union square- the price is really reasonable- location is great- rooms are a little small but clean and comfy.

Front desk was helpful. Valet was $19/ night for guests. We stayed for only one night and took advantage of that deal, because parking is NO JOKE in SF. Cheap hotel on the best area of San Francisco. The room was too small and rather dark. We almost didn't have enough place for our bags. Anyway, it was good for the price.
