Positives: central, very close to Caltrain and BART stations and cable car, large rooms, free wine reception Negatives: looks a bit tired and quite dark, some very odd touches like socks instead of slippers in the room, very noisy minibar. Also make sure you don't walk west from the hotel - the area is full of homeless/crazy people.
