I stayed at Hotel Nikko for a work conference. The staff were very helpful, the fitness center is great, the beds are amazingly comfortable, and the shower was awesome. My husband attended a convention so I appreciated being within several blocks of Westfield Mall and Union Square. I was pleased that internet was considered part of the convention package otherwise it would have been $15 per day which I think should be part of the price of the hotel.
