For a hotel in San Francisco, this motel is relatively inexpensive, but it is not a bargain. The motel is shabby, with worn carpet and old bathrooms. I liked this place. The Double Decker on the side of the hotel was great for fast food. They had happy hour.

We stayed here for 3. Nights. Hayes Valley is a great location. The motel is clean and there is parking on site. Only stayed one night to go to the theatre . Its very well located in downtown , close to many attractions & restaurants ... cute little hotel !

Clean and very complete rooms (TV, fridge, microwave, iron). Double room have a good size. Location is nice (near subway, trains and buses) and they have free limited parking. The only problem we had were some noises from pipes near 4th floor.

For the money this is a great little place. It's definitely bare bones and not luxurious, but certainly more than adequate for the money.
