Like many of the other reviewers, I wasn't sure what to expect. I loved it! The rooms were amazing with a sink, frig, microwave, nicely decorated, and very clean. Keith and the staff were more than helpful -- always willing to make suggestions. The breakfast was delicious! Would recommend this to all!

The sweetest Hotel with really nice people working there! The rooms are above expectations! Amazing! Good breakfast! The Hotel is in a good neighbourhood with great coffee and shops around one corner, and The other corner is the bus stop and also a bart-stop.

I stayed here because it was close to Kiva's office. It is also near the BART I was in town for a week, and you can't really beat the value for San Francisco. This hotel is actually alright! The staff was great and the rooms were cute and cozy. We had a shared water closet but that didn't bother me.
