This is my 2nd time at this hotel and with the proximity to the airport, friendly staff and decent rate, it's a pretty good hotel for just one night. My first trip in August 2012 was a last minute booking due to me missing my connecting flight. This time the timing of the flights gives me a 16 hour layover....

This hotel is very close to the airport and has a car and room package for $99.00. It was a great deal. Very nice and friendly staff. Rooms are a little dated and the carpet could stand a good cleaning or replacement. Had a flat screen TV which was nice. This was a real value hotel. Will stay here again.
We stayed here for 11nights and the room was decent. We didnt need a fancy room or anything...just a place to sleep and shower and Guam Airport Hotel provided that. The house keeping was great and friendly. I would rate this place as excellent except for when it was time for me to pay. Before we even booked for one...
