An OK place out of the 60s-70s, with a tired look and feel inside and out, but clean and conveniently located. The service is great and very friendly, the ocean views from the lanai superb, but the hotel grounds are minuscule and the beachfront somewhat unappealing. Walk to Lahaina, walk next door to Betty's or the Luau or snorkel out in the reef protected water. Not the most modern accommodations, but the location is excellent.

Very spacious with a full kitchen. We like to eat breakfast in & pack a lunch. Everything we needed was there. Roomy accommodation. Great location, able to walk downtown to restaurants and shops.

I stayed here for 5 nights on vacation. It's located about 4 very short blocks from the Banyan tree and lots of restaurants and shops. It's also right on the beach. I totally recommend the oceanview. Very spacious rooms. Beach is less than 10 feet away with a reef that helped us practice snorkeling and test our equipment. Extremely friendly staff. I would stay here the next time we go to Maui.
