My husband and I visited Maui in November and stayed at Kaanapali Villas and had a wonderful experience! So when I wanted to take my mother to Maui in April, lodging wasn't a question. Unfortunately, all rooms aren't the same. She and I were assigned room 523. It was apparent it had been vacant for some time. Musty smell, air... More

Unit #306 was absolutely AMAZING!!! The views are breathtaking...I will say this though..we traveled with another couple and we are all in our mid-late 30's, and this place was a little tame for our taste..we even got a noise complaint at 10:30 pm (we weren't that loud). Other than that HEAVEN!!!

Here now..suffering at night with our room temperature at eighty. Have complained twice no help. One bed for four people and a pull out sofa that is squeaky and hard. Front desk clerk said its a reservation not a guarantee. What does that tell you about customer service!! Pay alittle more stay somewhere else

Aloha, Thank you for letting me know about the issues with your air conditioning and your bedding. I am truly sorry to hear that our Front Desk team was not up to the challenge to help you resolve your problems. If you could let me know what room you were in that will assist with resolving the air conditioning problem.... More

My husband, 20 month-old son and I recently visited Maui and originally planned to stay in Haiku the entire time but stayed with a friend one night at the Maui Kaanapali Villas and were so impressed by the spaciousness of the condo, the location and the great price, that we booked 2 nights there ourselves. We had pre-paid for the... More

We just returned from MKV where we stayed in an one bedroom appartment (2 queen beds) overlooking the main entrance. We really liked the appartment, the pool, the short walk to the beach, and the beautiful maintained grounds. Housekeeping also does a really great job!

Beautiful resort carefully attended, friendly and helpful staff. Our studio room had a king-size bed in the main bedroom and hide-a-bed in the living room, if needed. The kitchen was well equipped and housekeeping did a fine job in keeping us stocked with clean linen, towels, etc. The whole resort was also surprisingly quiet and peaceful in spite of being... More

We recently stayed in the villas for a week with two couples, three young kids and a set of grandparents. We wondered if the resort would have a "dated" feel but were most pleasantly surprised. We had renovated condos - one facing the pool, and one facing the ocean, both on the second floor. The condos are beautifully decorated, the... More
