My wife and I stayed in Unit #603 just last week, and I felt that I should post this review as soon as possible. Let me start with the bad, then the good. Negatives: Bathroom was small...that's it. That is the only thing we could find to complain about. This was such a minor inconvenience that it's hardly worth noting,... More

We stayed in an ocean view 1-bedroom unit that Donna Bender of MauiCalls booked for us.We were staying during peak season and booked late, which meant options on Maui were limited and expensive. I found Donna through TripAdvisor and she helped us find this lovely unit. Perfect location just beyond Kanapaali, quiet, nice view of the water, small private beach,... More

I guess I will have to do this by listing the resorts good and bad points. Please keep in mind that I got my unit through a timeshare exchange. The units that are not time share are much nicer and are VRBO. Those units I would rent in a second especially if they were in buildings 4, 6 or 7.... More

My husband and I stayed in unit #417 mid January 2013. We enjoyed it very much. This unit had a side window letting in more light which middle units do not have. The 1 bedroom was well stocked, clean and comfortable. The bedroom could use better pillows. The unit was away from the road so quiet and being on the... More

My wife & I just finished 6 nights at the Kuleana, and had a wonderful experience. The staff is wonderful. Justine in particular was very helpful - she located my phone charger cord I left behind & kept for me to pick up 2 days later. About the resort: This is an affordable condominium complex with a large, clean, centrally... More

My husband and I just got back from staying 10 nights in Unit 308 at Kuleana. This was our second time to the development and we were completely pleased once again! The location is perfect as it's close to so many great beaches and conveniences. However, the resort is quiet and relaxing. It's fun to go to Kaanapali Beach for... More

My wife and I were looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating time away, in my opinion if this is what you are looking for as well, you will not find any place better. This is not a five star resort however the resort, the pool and the grounds are all kept up very well. The kitchen has everything you need... More

We stayed here for 4 nights in early February. It was a wonderful condomium and I would recommend it to anyone. The best part is the view. Many condos advertise "beachfront" or "great view" but this place truly delivers. There was NOTHING between our balcony and the ocean, other than a few feet of lawn, a few black lava rocks,... More

Watching whales, sea turtles, sun sets and full moon over the ocean right from the balcony! Having coffee every morning with such a beautiful view made it very difficult to leave. But I will be back, hopefully during whales season again. It's amazing. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

My wife booked this place instead of Kahana Falls which is 5 minutes away from each other, and she made the better choice. On the outside it doesn't look like much, but on the inside it was great. Granted the space was smaller than I was expecting and used to but for a family of four it was just right.... More
