I stayed here for 6 days as part of a work conference. We had a hard time finding the hotel as the hotel signage is quite inconspicuous. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was quite spacious and clean. The gym/tennis facilities were excellent. I had a lot of trouble with the wireless and I wasted... More

We stayed at the Hyatt last fall and found the resort to be well situated along the walking path on Kanapali to all the other hotels and Whalers Village. It is an older resort but the grounds were very well kept and all the staff very accommodating and friendly. During that period, the hotel was just preparing for renovations in... More

This hotel was amazing. We went a long time ago but I still felt the need to write about it. The grounds are beautiful. My kids, my husband & myself absilutely loved the pool with the slides, swim-up drink area, the cave-like pool area. Expensive dining options, as far as I can remember. We would have no trouble choosing this... More

I stayed here in July for a week for my honeymoon and would highly recommend this hotel. On arrival, the staff had noted on the system that it was our honeymoon we were presented with gifts including free bottle of wine at the hotel restaurant plus a room upgrade with a beautiful ocean view. Throughout our stay, the staff were... More

Just concluded our trip to Maui, and stayed at the Hyatt for 9 nights in Jan-Feb 2012, and I will say, the renovations which everyone is complaining about, are done. Overall, our experience as a family was a positive and if we found a got a good deal, we'd stay here again. Check in was without a hitch, no wait... More

It is nearly 12 months since our stay and the Hyatt Regency but the memories are still vivid. The Hyatt still ranks as one of the best resorts my wife and I have stayed at. Friendly staff, people, community and with picturesque scenery you cannot go wrong. The hotel boasts many restaurants, activities, pools and bars, you can find yourself... More

Top place to stay in on this side of the island. Repeat customers here. We keep coming back for more. (Grand Wailea would be our top pick but there location is not convenient at all) More

Self parking lot is nice...but the spaces are so freaking small! Check-in was a breeze and they had a room available at noon. NICE! The grounds at this hotel are incredible. One of the nicest. Upgrade to a partial ocean view. Room was clean and nicely laid out. Staff is nice, professional, and welcoming. The beach area at the Hyatt... More

I stayed in this hotel for five nights as part of a conference. The resort is really very impressive it has a beautiful setting right on the ocean with extensive gardens, numerous pools and extensive and well-kept landscaping with a range of birds and other animals. I experienced a luxury king room that overlooked the main swimming pool and towards... More

I stay at my Hyatt's, and they recently renovated this one. I got upgraded to a Deluxe Ocean Suite which was absolutely stunning- I never wanted to leave the room. My one complaint about this hotel is the pool situation- for such a huge complex, they only have one hot tub and they do not offer enough shade. Umbrellas is... More
