The location is right in the heart of things. Lanai views on one side the volcano and the ocean on the other. Great value, our condo had everything! Love it and would recommend for anyone looking to spend their cash on other cool stuff like shopping and eating instead of just over priced dwellings.

The place is clean, has a great view and has privacy. We used a lot the balcony The kitchen is ready to use and has all the items to cook. Its quiet at night. The only issue is that you have to clean your room. Provides you with umbrella and chair for the beach, has ipod connection.

A touch of class with an old time feel. Clean grounds and condo units. A very family ordinated resort. Close to all popular attractions. Staff is VERY friendly and helpful. Such a wonderful, fun, positive experience without breaking the bank.

Very good unit, had everything we needed. The average rating for cleanliness is due to a little ants problem in the kitchen, but nothing too serious. Overall, we had a great time and we would definitely come back and recommend it to friends.
