Clean and comfortable room ,nice balcony, good location and free use of washing machine was a plus. Negatives - private bathroom was not ensuite as expected, but off corridor. Kai's looks like it may have been nice at one point. Located in a noise residential neighborhood, near by chickens, nieghbors and road noise negated the tropical backyard setting. The bedroom & bathroom were extremly fiflthy and unbearably hot. The windows could not be opened and the AC was on a one hour timer.
