This venue has it all: a beautiful location, wonderful proprietors, incredible history, and from a practical standpoint, the best breakfast spread I have ever experienced. There are fruits there I have never heard of... and not just one or two (and they are all good!).

We stayed at Shipman House for two nights. It is a very special place to stay . Absolutely spotlessly clean, in a great position where you can just walk into town . Breakfast was perfect and the owners Gary and Barbara deserve all the wonderful reviews they have been given by other guests.
