I should have paid attention to the reviews! This is a pretty tired old hotel. Was not given the discount that was supposedly guaranteed with my pre-booked reservation. And I even showed the receptionist the printed confirmation! Room and bed clean, but sheets discolored, pillows flat, and carpet worn. Wasn't brave enough to sample the cheerios w/ warm milk for...

Cheap room. Reasonably priced for a sleep and go. Room was clean. Room had refrigerator and microwave.
If your budget is tight, go ahead & stay here. It has the average size rooms, not quite as clean as I'd hoped for. The continental breakfast was the usual cold cereal & packaged donuts. The wireless was very slow but the towels were by far the worst ever I've had. They felt like sandpaper!
Stayed one night, as a way to break a long journey.
Hotel is tired, in a tired area of town, with not much around it.
Checkin / out was accurate but a bit slow
Rooms: Both were in need of a redo, time for new paint, carpets were old, fixtures were newish. Seemed to be clean though with a very...

Had I not already booked the room (sight-unseen) through Hotels.com, I would have walked away before even entering the lobby. The glass doors and windows hadn't been cleaned in ages. Through the grimy windows, I could see the tables in the "breakfast area" still had the crumbs and litter left over from the morning's breakfast, even though it was six...

We were travelling on a budget and this was one of the cheapest finds in the area. The room was great, very spacious and we slept really well. Everything was clean and well presented. The tv remote didn't work but that wasn't a big issue. The free breakfast was minimal but definitely worth 'free' and I'm always content with some...

This was the second worst hotel I have EVER been in. If I hadnt been so exhausted I would have just turned around and walked out. When we opened the door to room 119 the smell was what I first noticed. Mildew? Mold? Does it even matter? I couldnt take off my shoes because the carpet was sticky, from what...

Have stayed at 2 other's in Rawlins, which are much better. No WIFI, TV cable connection was damaged and couldn't see most of the channels through the 'snow', and the room was really hot when I got there at 9pm because it was 90 degrees all day and the room fan & AC were off.
I booked this place through Hotwire, tried to cancel after seeing the other reviews here. Hotwire told me they had inspected it recently and was a two star.
First of all, they did reserve a non-smoking on the first floor for me. Most places you book through Hotwire, not willing to do that. So I appreciated that.
Property looks down...
