Stayed here for 1 night in room 105. Good sized kingsize room, small kitchenette to rear of room which had enough stuff to cook a simple meal. Bathroom was a good size & was v clean. I note some other reviewers have commented on noise from other guests & how dirty rooms were, I can say we had neither of... More

My family (my husband and I plus our 3 preteens/teen) goes to Jackson every year after Christmas to snowshoe. Our usual hotel was booked. Unfortunately we found Cache Creek; a 3 bed suite with a kitchenette. We thought we had found a hidden gem, we later found it to be a NIGHTMARE. First of all, the office was closed when... More

We only stayed one night but it was definitely like a motel 6 experience. The bathroom smelled moldy, and I think it came from the shower curtain. The manager on duty offered to move us, but the room he showed us had the same smelly problem in the bathroom. The room smelled like cigarette smoke because of the outside ashtray... More

This was the most disgusting hotel we stayed in on our entire vacation to Yellowstone. The bathroom smelled molded. The hotel ashtray was outside our door and window so our room was constantly filled with cigarette smoke. The carpet was filthy. There were blood stains on the sheets. The sofa looked and smelled like it was purchased from a Goodwill... More

We were in Jackson Hole for the Lotoja bike race. Booked this room back in April and got a great rate. Was skeptical what the quality would be, but although an older motel it was well kept and exceeded our expectations. Only warning would be this was a suite with two rooms, and the cooling/heating system was in the front... More

We stayed one night in a 2 room suite during a booked Labor Day weekend. The room was clean, spacious and affordable, but nothing above that. The plumbing was very loud and anyone walking above or outside the room was easily heard. Good thing I was too sleepy to care. The curtains were tattered, and had holes, the decor looked... More

I agree with the traveler who said the property should be condemned. I arrived late from the airport with my wife and two little girls, at 12:30am. Office closed at 10pm. They left our room key taped to door. They gave us the least desirable room since we were not there to ask for a better room. By the way,... More

My daughter and I stayed two nights at this place. The room was just overall dirty and it smelled terrible. We would have gone someplace else except there was not another room in Jackson. My daughter would not sleep on the bed. We went to the store and bought sleeping bags, pillows and towels. We slept on top of the... More

If you look at the description and not the price, you will be very pleased. It is a motel, and the people are very nice. It is close to town (walkable) with easy parking. It is also in Jackson, which is why the price is so high. Room was clean and pleasant smelling. As others have mentioned, there is a... More

The staff were incredibly helpful in many different ways. While we did not get the quality we were expecting based on what we paid, the room was adequate and basically clean. This is probably as good as it gets for the money being the tourist town Jackson is. The hotel was within easy walking distance of the town square and... More
