“Nicest overall in Gillette, location could be better”

I've stayed in nearly all the properties in Gillette, as I travel there for work 10+ times a year. We stayed here twice in the past 2 months. The hotel is beautifully decorated with western decor. The front desk staff were friendly. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. We arrived at the Settle Inn on Thanksgiving evening after three plane flights to get there. Family and Business friendly. Free breakfast and Monday thru Thursday free snack bar from 5-7 pm (Manager's Reception). Free guest laundry. Hot tub and swimming pool. Clean, new and well taken care of.

On our way back to Oregon, we stay here for the first time. What a delightful hotel. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. Spacious, clean, comfortable room, comfortable bed, eye appealing pleasant lobby, and accomodating, pleasant staff. Great breakfast. Pleased with the ammenities for the price. Bathrooms could use vent fans. Would highly recommend.

As a business traveler I don't get the excitement about this spot. It is new and the rooms are nice, that is true. Certainly Gillette needed nicer places to stay.
