'Donna' at the front desk was VERY gracious and when i asked for a plastic fork she pleasantly said OK, no problem. Also the breakfast lady was very nice. There was a wide variety of food products.

Stayed one night while visiting Douglas for a wedding. Staff was great with bending over backwards in helping us get around town. Room was very nice and clean. Beds very confortable. Great experience.
