We stayed at Jerry & Bette Kinkade's K3 Ranch for 5 days and we had a great time. Jerry's family dates back to the beginnings of Cody, so rest assured you will receive an authentic Wyoming experience. The ranch's accommodations are fully modern and they provide internet access for their guests which is not advertised. One of the great aspects... More

What a great night and morning we had with Jerry at K3 Ranch B&B. The place was spacious, clean and inviting. Jerry is a wonderful host, making breakfast outside, telling jokes and fun stories and made us feel like family. The home was tastefully decorated and intriguing with many Indian and cowboy artifacts. We wish we could have stayed longer!... More

We booked just one night at the K3 Guest Ranch, in the Sheepherder Wagon. Jerry kindly offered to upgrade us an 'indoor' room as we were the only guests (v early in the season) and there was a storm forecast, but with our hearts set on the wagon we braved the storm and were extremely glad we did. Ok -... More

I was only 8 when I went to k3, but I look back on it as a great vacation. When my dad read the bad reviews to me, I was literally laughing out loud, because the people who wrote them clearly didn't deserve to stay at a great place like k3. That said, my family is the rustic, ecotourist type,... More

My husband thought we were staying in town, until I surprised him on our drive to Cody. As we headed off of pavement to a dirt road, he was not so happy with me. That is until we arrived met Jerry and saw the beauty surrounding us that would be ours to enjoy for unfortunately only one night. Jerry was... More

We drove out of Cody on a gravel road, as instructed, right past a herd of pronghorns at sunset. We spent the night in a cozily decorated, authentic covered wagon, steps from a modern private bathroom. We woke to a stunning landscape in every direction, and delicious breakfast cooked in a teepee! Jerry couldn't have been more welcoming - or... More

This is a one-of-a-kind B&B, if you want to get the feel of a guest ranch in Wyoming this is a great place to stay. Unique decor in the rooms, each one different and all western/cowboy themed. My sister and I stayed here on our way to Yellowstone and had the place all to ourselves, as the host Jerry stays... More

The most genuine people you'll ever meet! We stayed in the Glamorous Hideout Tent... see pics attached... It was wonderful! It included a bottle of wine and some snacks for those late night cravings... Jerry, his wife and crew were very welcoming and the breakfasts were filling and delicious! When we arrived we had just driven over 1500 miles... we... More

We stayed in the Chuck wagon Room Sept 2012. All of the rooms are wonderfully decorated with western decor. The location is private and picturesque. The scenery is ideal for relaxing, unwinding and enjoying "Big Sky Country". At night, we sat in the Tee Pee pictured above and star-gazed in the quiet landscape. Now about your host, Jerry, he is... Our family of five booked the sheepherder's wagon and the steps-away bunk house this summer. As long as you go in with the mindset that this is a B&B, and not a hotel, it will be great fun. The sheepherder's wagon is tiny, not really suitable for two adults, so two of the kids slept there while the adults and... More
