My husband, daughter and I stayed here for two days in June 2012. We absolutely loved it. Very rustic but the bathroom was very nice. Loved how close we were to the east entrance of Yellowstone. No cell phone service, but there was a land line in the room, which was very helpful. Restaurant was great and much cheaper than... More

Lovely situation to stay if you are visiting Yellowstone. Our cabin was small, and in need of new furnishings. The bathroom was adequate. Not a very welcoming cabin. The staff at the shop/ reception/ restaurant were very pleasant and helpful. Considering the historic nature of the lodge, I had expected more up to date faclilties in the cabin to welcome... More

This place was rustic and I loved it for that. No TV, limited internet. Perfect - why else would you go to a place like Yellowstone if you didn't want to really get away. The location was just gorgeous, the restaurant food was good and all the staff were so helpful. It was very close to the East Entrance and... More

My friend and I were on a road trip and had been driving for more than 14 hours when we headed to Yellowstone at about 1AM in the morning. When we got to the front of the park all lodging was full! The closest place to stay that we could find was Pahaska Teepee. They had a room for us... More

My husband and I stayed here 2 nights while on our honeymoon. We had the king whirlpool cabin. It's a duplex with no sound proofing.. When our neighbors got there we could hear them talking, walking, flush the toilet, turn on water, and open doors. The ceiling fan was covered in dust, behind the nightstand was filthy, the access pannels... More

Yep, you are thoroughly unplugged here, but that's what you're here for. No cell service, non-functioning internet, no TV, but wonderful scenery and a great location closest to the east Yellowstone entrance. The staff are friendly, and the restaurant food is quite good. The rooms are OK but some may find them less than OK. The curtains are sheer! That's... More

We spent five nights at this resort and I thought it was amazing. People need to keep in mind this is a historic landmark, and if you want to stay someplace where you can sit in your room on your computer or watching tv, this is not the place for you. We stayed in one of the a-frame rooms. It... More

We heading out to Yellowstone with no plan in mind and no reservations. Well, on our trek from Cody toward Yellowstone we started stopping along the way at some of the lodges/cabin rentals and were finding things were not cheap. We thought we would just find a place to stay in Yellowstone. We happened upon Pahaska and pulled in to... More

I really liked this place in general. The dining, gift shop, and room were pleasant. In the dining room there was a waitress from Alaska with impeccable customer service. Our stay was August 13, 14, and 15. On the 14th, we had spent the day out and when we returned the door to our room was left ajar by the... More

The only negative thing that I have to say is that the walls & doors are too thin, uninsulated, etc. The rooms are very close to each other and if you have noisy neighbors, you can really hear every word they say. We stayed in a cabin four-plex. There were two rooms downstairs and 2 upstairs. The first night was... More
