Comfortable, clean room. Desk clerk took call during check in and discussed illness he was experiencing. Breakfast varied but skim milk had gone bad, eggs rubbery. Auspicious beginning to 6 wk road trip.

What a great staff and friendly staff. They go out of the way to help and accomodate your needs. Easy to get to and convenient to downtown Cheyenne. We arrived after an unusual 12" snowfall but lot was cleared and staff was cheerful. Comfortable, clean and quiet. And nice to have the free breakfast.

We stayed 4 nights and we were treated like family. Everyone went out of their way to be friendly and welcoming. The room was perfect. I loved the laptop tray in the room and the breakfast each morning was delightful, fresh and very tasty. The staff was awesome.

We stayed here because the hotel we normally stay at was full. This hotel was a pleasant stay. Everyone at the front desk was helpful, the breakfasts were good, and the hotel was really clean. We would come back to this hotel.

Hampton Inns are nothing if not consistent and this property is in the top third of the Hampton Inns in which I have stayed.
