We did one of their Noah's Ark package deals and it was very affordable. The room was large and ice cold the minute we walked in. It's directly across from Noah's Ark and Mr. Pancake was a short walk for breakfast.

A typical motel it is clean with a friendly staff. Being located across the street from Noah's Ark will make it convenient for families and possibly save money on lunch by utilizing their fridges and microwaves.
