The Rochester Inn is the perfect escape for couples who want to reconnect and have some quality down-time away from the distractions of everyday life. The two-story suites are quite unique and make the guest feel as though they are staying in a friends home. We highly recommend this wonderful inn!

An exceptional Inn. Friendly and accommodating staff. Lovely, well appointed, and immaculate suite. A terrific escape from the traditional hotels, I usually end up having to stay in. Thank-you so much for accommodating me for my business stay. This place is now on my short list to return to for a long weekend (non work) getaway! .

Unlike previous reviewers, our stay at this charming inn was dreadful. However, we were assigned to room #5, which is the only room located on the lower level. It is cramped and rarely free of street noise. Additionally, the back door to this establishment is located approxed two feet from the door to room #5. Thus, all comings and goings... More

My wife and I stayed at the inn over Labor Day Friday and Saturday, 2012. We had stayed at the inn in 2010 previously. Both stays have been in one of the 2-floor suites, and they've both been great, so I won't bother specifying which. As other reviewers have said, it feels very private, much like you're in your own... More

We (wife and I) stayed at the Inn 7/19-1/23/12. This has to be our 7th or 8th time here. As always the stay was wonderful. The breakfasts were great and delivered to our room at the exact time we requested. The rooms are huge, the bathrooms are well appointed and the grounds are immaculate. As a recent bonus the town... Just a great way to spend time in this area. You feel like you're in a spacious apartment rather than a "room", with the bedroom upstairs and the lounging area downstairs. Great breakfasts all three days we were there. One delivered to the room, the other two we ate down in the small lobby with friends. Quality and history both... More

I like staying in a typical B & B where the proprietors live in the property too and serve the guests breakfast in a shared dining room. Not everyone shares my affinity and, for those who don't, the Rochester Inn presents a rather unique option. You can either eat in the dining area or instead have a lovely breakfast served... More

our host was a great help in selecting a nearby restaurant which just opened a few weeks earlier and was getting good feedback from her guests. we were staying one night on our way up north to ashland. She upgraded us at no cost to a loft room which was open for the night instead of the room we chose... More

This is a historic inn. Our room was on two levels. The first level was a large sitting room with comfortable couch and chairs. There was a coffee/tea area with small sink. There were two flat screen TV's, one on each level. The second level had a nice size bedroom with writing desk and a bathroom with a great two... More

We have stayed in quite a few amazing places - from small bed and breakfasts to ornate hotels in large cities - and this one certainly did not disappoint. It was the perfect place to spend the first night of our honeymoon as we traveled on. Room Number 1 provided comfort and relaxation and was a great decompression after a... More
