We stayed in the holiday inn for 2 nights and the location was great. Port Washington is a lovely town and the hotel allows easy access to the waterfront and shops. The hotel itself was average, although with a deal on Hotwire, well worth the price. It's a little dated but clean and comfortable.
Rooms are always clean. Front desk helpful and polite. Great location for Salmon fishing in the fall!
This Holiday Inn is right on the shore of Lake Michigan. We love the views! It is also downtown giving you access to many restaurants and shops. The Rusty Nail is their in-house restaurant--it's okay for drinks, but the food is bad. There is an excellent restaurant for breakfast at the end of the first block as you walk out...

Located in downtown harbor area with great water views and close to shopping and dining --great coffee house across the street and had gourmet dinner at Port Inn which is easy walking from hotel--after a poor Sunday buffet at hotel we ate all our meals elsewhere--visit lighthouse on hill and take back roads along lake for great views and old...

We stayed one night as a couple after getting a Hotwire reservation. Check-in was very friendly and our discount visit was surprisingly credited to our Priority Club account. I did not have my card or number, but reception made a point of asking if we were members and gladly looked things up. We were given a drink (one) voucher for...

I was very impressed with the hotel from the moment we arrived through the entire stay. The check-in process was both efficient and extremely friendly. The room was nice. My view of the marina was outstanding. The restaurant was palatable (definitely not the best part of the stay), thought he service in the evening was phenomenal. Breakfast service was tortoise-like...

We spent this week-end celebrating my brothers birthday at the Holiday Inn in Port Washington.
The staff was friendly-the facility spotless and the offering of different types of rooms something I don't see at all hotels. Plus the beds were very comfortable. The sunrise over the lake was beautiful this morning. We had the party room downstairs. The town looks...

We have been coming to this sleepy little town of Port Washington, located on lake Michigan, for over 30 years and it has become our very favorite getaway (1/2 hr north of Milwaukee). We start with a lunch (Mortons Pub) and shopping in Cedarburg (20 min away) It is always a comfortable stay at this friendly hotel where the pool...

We had a brief stay at the property after a long day of airport travel. The check-in was quick and easy, although the person was not what I would call 'service oriented'. We had booked a lake view room and we did have a view of the lake beyond the parking lot and behind a pier so not really what...
