We stopped at the Super 8 Kenosha / Pleasant Prairie late in the evening. The clerk was very friendly and helpful. Intially they placed us in a room that had a running toilet, but immediately corrected this for us. Even though we were just off the interstate, the room was very quiet.

For a budget hotel, the service was surprisingly excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was really helpful. I would definitely stay here next time I'm in the area.

this was a dirty nasty motel ,.staff was unfriendly and rude.staff members would stand outside near the doors and smoke cigaretts which made the hallways stink.We were going to stay three days but relocated after the first night.

Good location with helpful staffs. One of the best things about the hotel is the room size - roomy and comfortable. I would stay there again.

Great place to stay on a budget. Would like to throw a big thank you to the front desk staff. He made our stay even more enjoyable by giving great advice for the entire area and made us feel extremely welcome.

I don't know what these other people experienced, but I can say that my stay at this hotel was great. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The prices are very reasonable too. I noticed that they are doing upgrades,which is nice. I would recommend this hotel to other people.

The staff was incredibly rude. From check-in to the housekeeping people, everybody was very unpleasant and unaccomodating. The room was dirty, the sheets had holes in them, the air conditioning turned itself off periodically regardless of what I tried to do. I stayed here for a few days to visit childhood friends. I was kindly greeted by the general manager and happened to get a discount room for both days. There was no hassle and the room was extremely clean. Great customer service everyone was friendly. I recommend this to everyone who is looking to stay In the area.
