We've stayed here several times, it's a nice, clean hotel but we have one major complaint that I see other reviewers have also remarked on - the water in the swimming pool is just too cold. Wish management would address this problem.

our immediate family gathered in one central location to celebrate the !st birthday of our first grandchild. we had an excellent stay. would definitely come back!! the pool was a bit coold even for the adults. breakfast was great although the server got caught off gaurd by a rush. the hotel is very clean and up to date.

We've now made our fifth visit to this hotel and have been completely happy with all our stays. Hotel is clean and well-maintained with very spacious, comfortable rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. Pool area is nice and breakfast is great. Planning on staying again soon.

I stayed in Pleasant Prairie at late February 2013. My stay was excellent, although it was a short one.The hotel room was like any other Holiday Inn Express, maybe a bit cleaner than most HI Express hotels, but on the other hand the property seemed to be fairly new. The staff is friendly and accomidating. We have stayed there several times while attending swim meets at the Rec Plex. The hotel is clean, and breakfast yummy! It is in a quiet area, yet close to dining and local attractions. The pool has fun lighting and very relxing for adults, yet cool for the kids.

Bree and Linda at front desk were awesome. Great rate for Carthage college visits. Breakfast decent, better at the hiexpress in Green Bay where you can make own waffles and husband would have liked white bread for toast

I reserved a room with 2 queen beds. The room was huge. It had an extended space with a chair and ottoman along with a table and 2 chairs. We had 3 adults in the room and had plenty of space. It felt so clean and spacious. It was great!
