I have stayed here a few times when I come to town for work, overall it's a solid hotel. Great walking location for almost everything. Cleaner than the motel across the street, pretty good breakfast although a little sketchy with the glass dishes, I guess it's eco friendly just not used to that...Everyone is pretty friendly but rates are pretty... Stayed at the Country Inn & Suites while visiting UW Platteville. Very good location for visiting the college - the college is only about 1 mile from the hotel. We enjoyed the pool and the room was clean and quiet. Would recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Platteville.

Stayed for one evening during the week for a college visit. We arrived during the middle of a snowstorm and were greeted upon arrival by a nice young man. Our room was ready and we were checked in in a flash. He confirmed our bedding and asked if being upstairs was acceptable. We easily found our room and were surprised... More

This country inn was not as good as the others in the chain. Has no elevator, the computer in the front is not business friendly, will not take a thumb drive. Found this motel overpriced.

My husband took me on a weekend getaway to celebrate my birthday. We stayed at this hotel on a Friday and Saturday night. We got to the hotel aroud 8PM on Friday, the girl at the front desk was nice and checked us in quickly. Our room was clean and the fridge was nice to have to store some sodas... More

We stayed at this hotel as we were on motorycles and wanted a place with a pool. They only has Suites left and they were way over priced. They did reduce the room by 50 dollars but it was not worth it. The beds were uncomfortable, the pool was cold and breakfast the next morning was not frequently stocked. On... More

I have had a good experience during my other stay at a hotel in this chain so I decide to indulge myself in a pricy (by my cheapskate standards) nice place for one night. Location is convenient, right at the intersection of two of the main streets of town. One of the streets features a wide range of real restaurants... More

My husband, teenage son and I stayed here for 1 night to visit the UWP campus. Here's the rundown: location - conveniently located, close to area restaurants room - The room was fine, nothing exciting, but pretty much as expected. The rooms all have a small fridge and coffee maker. Mattresses were not the most comfortable. The a/c was very... More

Older property, room smelled a little like smoke. Staff was indifferent, rooms were okay. Very average, but really no where else to stay. If you have to stay in Platteville, I guess this works.

I've stayed here many times when I travel for work. The hotel is always clean. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. The air conditioner / heater always work well. Rooms have refrigerators and bathrooms are always spotless. The continental breakfast is nice. The pool and hot tub temps are just right. Will always stay here when I'm... More
