The guest rooms & spa are not well-maintained. Chipping paint, dirty, rips/tears in furniture, stained comforter on bed. Yuck. Only plus was the massage therapists at the spa did a great job.

We stayed two nights. There was way to much going on. It was loud and the doors slammed so it was loud in the hallway. The parking was awful... they had one whole lot blocked off for a harley event... and there were wedding going on so we had to park so far away it was ridiculous. We had to...

There was a lot of activity at the hotel and our hallway was very noisy. Doors slammy, people talking. It was inconsistent so management could not do much about it. When in the Oconomowoc area, I heartily recommend stopping at the Java Hut for coffee and scones. Excellent coffee and service and one of the friendliest places I have been.
stayed here for a friends wedding. there was a huge block of rooms rented by friends and family and and party room (208) rented for an after party until 3am by the bride and groom. i personally had 2 rooms rented at over $100 each. "bouncer" looking guys patrolled the hallways 24/7 and consistently made us feel like we were...

My husband and I stayed in the bedroom and a...

I only stayed one night and left early in the morning, so did not experience the whole resort setting. My bathroom was dirty, with leftover hairs and dirt in the sink and bathtub. The fixtures were old, the iron and ironing board were old, furniture, carpet, you name it. There was a newish flat-screen TV but I didn't watch it....

We received 2 free nights at an auction and were excited for a December get away at what we believed was a great resort. First, restaurants at the resort were closed. The only place to get dinner was a bar where the food was cold and stale. Second, the hallway going to our room had no heat and we pretty...

My wife and I stayed at this resort on March 5, 2011, a Saturday. I was leary about staying here after reading some of the reviews, but a good friend of mine stayed at this resort for a New Years Package and said I would like it. I am glad we came here. We had a Jacuzzi suite which was...
