Garbage still in the trash, blood on the sheets, assorted dark stains on side chair, slow sink drain, mildewed shower curtain, tiny room, tiny toilet area. Housekeeping terrible. Exterior doors unlocked. Would rather pay more in this area for better everything. So glad to leave.

Our stay at this hotel was not good at all. Gave it an overall rating of 2 (poor) instead of 1 (terrible) simply because we weren't expecting much for the low priceline price paid for the room. But we weren't expecting a room in this condition either. The room was absolutely filthy, like it had not been cleaned at all... More

If you don't need fancy, just a place to sleep, this will do. Beds are ok but not great, walls are thin

Stayed two nights for a special occassion and stayed in a king room. Room was very clean and quiet for being on the first floor by an exit. Shower pressure was ok but the water was very hot which was extremely nice. Room had three different wall decors which made the room unique. Front Desk staff friendly. Ice machine not... More

This hotel was extremely dirty and smelt horrible. The photos on the website are not at all what the rooms actually look like. There were holes in the sheets and blankets from cigarette burns, it smelt awful, there were stains on the blankets, walls, and ceilings. The exterior doors were not secure and anyone could walk in at anytime, so... More

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times. If you're looking for a basic room with a basic breakfast, this is a fine place to stay and a very good value for the price. Potential plusses: Cozy rooms; convenient location (right next to a Walgreen's); courteous and helpful staff; good prices; fruit, cereal, juice, milk, coffee, and various pastries available... More

Looked for a low rate at a clean comfortable hotel while visiting my daughter for the weekend. I found it here. The room was clean, appointed nicely, and to get a room for 50 bucks with free Internet and breakfast, at a great location can't be beat. You could pay more, but you won't get more...maybe a pool. Heather at... More

We have stayed at this hotel twice and probably will veer away from it in the future. It is a hotel in a great location- very close to the university campus, Carson Park, even downtown. However, it is in need of much updating and is truly a budget-type hotel. The free continental breakfast, which could be a very positive intangible,... More

I'm a CVTC college student that needed a place to stay that was close to school. After reading recommendations, I called and Mariah showed me around to make sure their place would be a good fit for my semester needs. I loved it immediately and quickly fell in love with the entire staff!! Tonya, Tiffany, Jodi, Melody and ALL the... More

This location would not have been my first choice but we were at the end of a long day and the several other hotels we stopped at were full. At first glance, it appeared a bit dated and worn but it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was not outstanding but was certainly adequate and suited our needs. The front desk... More
